Once you have completed the form you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that we have received your order. We will then contact you by phone to make sure you are completely happy with your order, and to say hello. We want to work with you, so that you feel confident of the process. We will then send you an invoice for 50% of the total order. We accept payment via PayPal the balance is to be paid upon agreeing the proof(s)If you are using PayPal for payment there is currently a 5-7 day clearance period for monies sent via PayPal.
At Sticky Snail Design we endeavour to keep our prices affordable, in order to achieve this we have a minimum value order of £150. Confirmation of an order denotes acceptance of our terms & conditions.
Once Proofs have been approved an invoice for the balance will be sent via email. Payments for the balance can be made through PayPal
Please note printing will not commence until payment has been cleared.
If you have any amendments to the text please write them in the space provided on the amendments form. This form is a word document and it allows you to type directly in to it. Please save it and return via email as an attachment or once completed, print out and return it along with a print out of the original proof to the address provided on the form.
One sample in your chosen design and finish is FREE by ordering a sample pack on the samples page, after that invitations and RSVP's of each design are available as a pack to purchase for £5. We use quality Fedrigoni papers in a variety of weights and finishes. There are three finishes to choose from; a smooth glacier white 340gsm, a linen finish 280gsm and a pearlescent finish 300gsm. Please allow two weeks (excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends ) for delivery via Royal Mail.
Smooth white envelopes are included in every order for each item that requires it.
We are able to offer a service to clients who are overseas, please email us for details.
While every effort has been made to ensure an accurate representation of our stationery on screen we would like to make you aware that computer monitors may display colours differently and therefore might not be an absolute reflection of our printed work.
Delivery times are dependent on the size of your order and our current workload. Please allow us 8 weeks production time from receiving your deposit. If you require your order sooner then please enquire firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0794 969 8153
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance of up to £500 and is currently £10 per delivery. Delivery requires a signature; if you have any specific delivery instructions please inform us before your delivery date.
We will endeavour to deliver your order within eight weeks of (a) confirmation and clearance of relevant funds (b) prompt receipt of proof(s) (c) The quantity and extent of amendments required (if any) (d) availability of stock.
